The processing activities related to the web services of this site take place at the offices of the controller and are handled only by specifically-authorized technical personnel.

These data will be processed, primarily by digital means, to respond to the requests of the users (e.g. requesting information and/or sending CVs, subscribing to the newsletter service)

 

Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures behind the functioning of this website acquire some personal data during normal operation and their transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for association with the data subjects identified but by its nature might permit identification of the users. This category of data include IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (uniform resource identifier) format of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, a numeric code indicating the status of the response by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the operating system and to IT environment of the user. These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site use and to monitor proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data might be used to determine responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes damaging to the site.

 

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional nature of data processing

Apart from what is described for browsing data, users are free to provide their personal data. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to fulfil their requests.

 

Processing mode

Personal data are processed with automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of the data and their illicit or improper use or unauthorized access. The controller has adopted all the security measures required by law and, in line with the principal international standards, has also adopted further security measures to minimize the risks affecting the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the personal data collected and processed.

 

Sharing, transferring, and disseminating data

The collected data may be transferred or sent to other companies for activities strictly related and instrumental to provision of the service, such as operation of the IT system. The personal data provided by users requesting the sending of informative material (brochures, informative material, etc.) are used only to provide the service requested and are shared with third parties only if necessary for that purpose (companies that provide services of envelope stuffing, labeling, shipping). Apart from these cases, personal data will not be transferred or granted to anyone unless required by contract or authorized by the data subjects. In this sense, the personal data might be transferred to third parties but only and exclusively if:

a) explicit consent has been given to share the data with third parties.

b) the information must be shared with third parties to provide the requested service.

c) this is necessary to fulfill the requirements of the judicial authorities or the police. No data deriving from the web service is transferred or disseminated.

 

Rights of the data subject

The subjects to whom the data refer are entitled, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of those data and to learn their content and origin, verify their correctness, ask that they be supplemented or updated, and correct them (Article. 15-20 of the European Regulation).
